Who we are

Andrew is an entrepreneurial leader with a track record in high growth, property related businesses. As one of the first employees at onefinestay.com he created a new category of upscale city accommodation, offering visitors the chance to stay in a distinctive London home with the service of a hotel. The company grew to 250 staff with operations across 4 cities in 4 years prior to an acquisition by Accor Hotel Group. Subsequently, Andrew ran International operations for Houzz.com where he helped thousands of home design & build firms, grow and manage their businesses.

Katie was previously group marketing director at M&C Saatchi and Iris Worldwide. She is a trained coach, commissioned artist and owner of OSO Fashion Boutique in Salisbury. Andrew and Katie live together with their three boys in the New Forest but originally met whilst studying for a Business degree at the University of Bath where they fell in love with the city. Katie started investing in HMOs in 2021. Having purchased two HMOs in Bath they have now launched Harthill Homes as a vehicle for growing a portfolio for incoming generating, upscale student HMOs in a city they love where demand for premium accommodation is high.
